Privacy Policy — LuckyPari Nigeria Review
Independent review site — not the LuckyPari operator. This policy explains what limited data this editorial guide may collect. It is written with the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR in mind, but it is not legal advice. Have a qualified adviser review it before any commercial launch.

This Privacy Policy explains how LuckyPari Nigeria (the "Site") collects, uses and protects your data when you visit. The Site is an independent editorial review of the LuckyPari betting and casino brand; it is not the LuckyPari operator. We aim to collect as little data as possible, and to be transparent about every byte.
Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to run an editorial reviews site:
- Browsing data — anonymised or pseudonymised analytics such as pages visited, approximate location (country-level), device type, browser, and referral source.
- Reviews form data — when you submit a player review, we collect the data you enter.
- Contact data — if you email us at editorial@luckypari-nigeria.bet, we keep your message and reply address for the purpose of handling your query.
We do not collect sensitive personal data (NIN, passport, financial details). We do not process payments and we do not hold any gambling account credentials.
Reviews data collection
Because this is a reviews site, we publish player reviews and we collect the data needed to accept and moderate them. When you submit a review of LuckyPari through our reviews form, we collect:
- Name or handle — the display name you choose to appear alongside your review.
- Rating — the star rating (1–5) you select.
- Review text — the body of your review.
- IP address — collected solely for rate-limiting and abuse prevention, and not displayed publicly.
- Honeypot field — a hidden form field used to detect automated bot submissions; it collects nothing from a human user.
- Timestamp of submission.
The reviews flow: submit → pending → admin approval
To keep published reviews genuine and free of spam, we operate a moderated reviews model:
- You submit a review via the form. The submission is held as "pending" — it is not published automatically.
- A site administrator reviews the pending submission for authenticity, relevance and compliance with our content rules.
- If approved, the review is added to the published reviews dataset. If rejected, it is discarded.
- Contact editorial@luckypari-nigeria.bet to request removal of your own review.
We store review submissions for as long as needed to operate the reviews feature and defend against abuse, and we do not sell review data.
Cookies & analytics
The Site may use privacy-respecting, first-party analytics to understand aggregate traffic. Where analytics cookies or similar technologies are used, they are limited to the minimum needed. Where required by law, we will display a cookie choice on first visit. We do not use cookies to build a cross-site advertising profile.

When you click the /play link to LuckyPari, you leave this Site and LuckyPari's own privacy policy governs your data. LuckyPari is an offshore, Anjouan-licensed operator (ALSI-202510030-FI1) and its data practices may not meet the NDPR standard; bear that in mind before handing it your details.
Your rights (NDPR)
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) 2023 and the Nigeria Data Protection Act, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, objection, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Children
The Site is intended for adults. Gambling in Nigeria is restricted to persons aged 18 and over, and this Site does not address minors. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Data retention
We retain browsing analytics for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Reviews data is retained for the lifetime of the reviews feature unless you request erasure. Contact emails are retained for as long as needed to resolve your query and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the limited data we hold. No online service is perfectly secure. We will notify you and the relevant authority of any notifiable personal data breach in line with the NDPR.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
